The Wedge is a marketing agency specialising in deploying its brand strategy framework to clients, alongisde content guides and plans.

Generating this strategy can be time-consuming, and hard to control and refine by modifying specific 'variables' via existing methods and AI platforms taking a considerable amount of time.

Overview

This internal process automation platform, powered by a deep integration with Anthropic's Claude LLM, steps the client through the process of "building their wedge", outputting a highly specific brand strategy document that can be refined with user feedback and modifying variables.

In the front-end, The Wedge can create 'strategies' for multiple clients via an authenticated dashboard, stepping through the process one-by-one to generate key statements for each side of 'the wedge', eventually coming to a final strategy document one-pager that can be refined with feedback from the user via natural language.

This saves the client a significant amount of time, also creating a more predictable output through structured prompt engineering based on inputs and the ability to 'tinker' with the strategies to get to a high quality output, faster.
