This automation uses N8N, a custom airtable database, and airtable forms to let at least 4 potential guests with interests aligning to a weekly topic register to be speakers for a weekly roundtable.
Facilitated completely by email from the founders email address, potential guests are notified of an upcoming roundtable that has a topic they have an interest in, letting them sign up to speak, sending reminders, and creating a roster (including backups)
This reduces manual administration work on founder (1-3 hours a week), but also facilitates the sourcing of new guests providing unique perspectives for listeners.
