Coachi - An AI running coach powered by the knowledge and experience of an ultra runner.

Quality run coaching is not accessible to many runners due to price, leaving them with sub-par alternatives like generic plans & ChatGPT that put them at significant risk of injury and overtaining.

With access to a knowledge base of years of learned knowledge and experience, runners can get affordable coaching (plan creation, Q&A, ongoing plan modification) in an easy to use web-app.

Overview

Coachi is a modern web-application that facilitates the interaction between runners and an AI running coach.

In the front end, runners can complete an easy to use questionnaire to specify their goal, habits and current fitness levels to then spin up an 'AI running coach'. This coach can create plans, respond to Q&A, modify plans based on a runners feedback (missed sessions, over-taining symptoms etc.)

In the backend, it uses a 'manager' AI agent setup, with on agent who has access to the knowledge base that can call a number of tools including plan creation, modification, quesiton response etc.

Coachi was launched, serving over 100 runners in the first two weeks all the way from beginners to ultramarathons, and is now a highly profitable business continuing to grow.

  • Personalised Plans: Runners receive a highly personalised plan generated by AI (with the rules and knowledge of an ultrarunner) to take them through to their goal, from 5k's to ultramarathons.
  • Export to CSV and FIT files: Plans can be exported to CSV to be imported into other platforms, or into smart-watches by a .FIT file type.
  • Q&A Service: Runners can ask specific questions as they would to a coach, and get real-time answers based on the knowledge base.
